Ros Wine by Adelaida from California. Aromas of hibiscus flower tea, rose petal, lemon verbena, and strawberry-citrus sorbet. On the palate there are flavors of hibiscus flowers, rose hips, citrus zest, tart watermelon, and strawberry. Pairs well with shrimp salad with mixed baby greens (basil-caper-shallot vinaigrette), arugula and goat cheese ravioli, and rosemary-prosciutto flatbread.
