White Wine by Astrolabe from Marlborough, New Zealand. Pale white gold hue, with a hint of green. Aromas of apples, white peach and honeysuckle, with some light lemon-honey and a little vanilla from the oak. The palate is medium-bodied with a focused mineral length and glavors of green apple, white peach and lemony creme brulee. Best served with summer salads, poultry and all seafood.
